Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing the Aurora Vision® monitoring services and website (collectively, “Aurora Vision”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Use Of Information And Materials

These Terms of Use are subject to change. Power-One may have patents or pending patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter on this site. Use of Aurora Vision does not give you any license to the patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, except as expressly provided in a written license agreement from Power-One.

Account Security

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your login and password, and you are responsible for all activities taking place through your account, regardless of whether such activities are authorized by you. You are required to notify Power-One immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.   Power-One may, in its sole discretion, take all actions necessary to protect the security of the Aurora Vision site, including but not limited to suspending or terminating any user account.

Power-One, Aurora Vision and Aurora Vision Prime are trademarks (TM) or service marks (SM) of Power-One, Inc. Use of the above marks without the express written permission of Power-One is prohibited. All other trademarks contained herein are the property of their respective owners.

Power-One makes no representation, warranty or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of Aurora Vision.  POWER-ONE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT: (i) the use of Aurora Vision will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error-free, or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data; (ii) Aurora Vision will meet your requirements or expectations; (iii) any stored data will be accurate or reliable; (iv) errors or defects will be corrected; or (iv) Aurora Vision will be free of viruses or other harmful components.  Aurora Vision is provided strictly on an “as is” basis.  All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Power-One be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind (including loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage) arising out of or in any way connected with Aurora Vision, including but not limited to the use or inability to use Aurora Vision, or for any content obtained from or through Aurora Vision, any interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission in the content, even if Power-One has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
