Standard warranties from 5 to 10 years and warranty extensions of up to 20 total years, ensure the longevity and confidence that you need. Call Center support is available from 8am-5pm every working day and the online support and FAQ system is available for you 24/7. You may also log into the system and advise us of any questions you may have and we will gladly respond within the next working day.
Our new online system will soon allow you to register your warranty and track your service level agreements. Any time day or night, with our fast track system you will be able to determine where your inverter is in our system at anytime during repair, ask any question you may have and request further technical support as necessary. Online training programs will also be made available to registered owners or installers.
