Return Material Authorization (RMA)
In order to ensure the fastest and most accurate processing of your product repair, please contact your local Power-One Customer Service Representative for an RMA number before returning your product for repair.
- Please complete and return the RMA form that will be provided by your customer service representative.
- For warranty verification purposes, please confirm that the serial number of the unit being returned is indicated on the repair request form.
- You will be contacted with an RMA number and return instructions within 24 hours after receiving your completed repair request form.
- Please clearly reference the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container and include a copy of the RMA form, with any additional documentation that you may wish to include, inside the box.
Based on warranty status and condition, your return will be processed as follows:
- In-warranty products will be repaired, or replaced, and returned to you at Power-One's expense.
- For out of warranty products, Power-One will provide an estimated repair cost before any work is started.
- If a unit is found to be beyond economical repair, you will be notified by your customer service representative and further options can be discussed at that time.
